Strauss Capital, established in 2006, is a privately held investment banking firm. Our clients are primarily established and emerging middle market companies who value our significant transactional experience, senior level attention and the hands-on strategic advice and assistance we provide.
Services
We provide tailored and creative merger, acquisition, divestiture and recapitalization advisory services to private middle market companies and to the private equity community. We also assist companies by arranging debt and equity financing to finance growth, restructure balance sheets, or fund acquisitions.
Principal Investments
Strauss Capital will, under certain circumstances, consider making direct investments in selected companies using our own capital, co-investing with private equity firms, or partnering with high net worth individuals. We seek companies with first rate management and good growth potential.
